Summary

Authorizes court to initiate commitment proceedings for extremely dangerous person with mental illness if court determines that there is no substantial probability that defendant will gain or regain fitness to proceed. Establishes procedures for court to order involuntary administration of medication for purpose of defendant gaining or regaining fitness to proceed.
