Summary
Requires person submitting notice of intent to file for site certificate, request for exemption or request for expedited review to pay fee prior to submitting notice or request to Energy Facility Siting Council. Grants council authority to compensate state agencies , certain tribes] and local governments for expenses related to consultation that is initiated by applicant after payment of fee but prior to submittal of notice of intent or request for expedited review. Grants council authority to compensate certain tribes for certain expenses related to evaluation of site certificate applications. Delineates site inspection and compliance review activities under council's continuing authority over site for which site certificate is issued. Grants council authority to compensate state agencies and local governments for expenses related to conducting site inspection and compliance review activities required or requested by council.
