Summary

Modifies fees for disposal of hazardous wastes. Modifies fees for disposal of hazardous wastes. Authorizes Department of Environmental Quality, in consultation with Environmental Quality Commission, to adjust established fees for disposal of hazardous waste. Becomes operative on January 1, 2022. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
