Summary

Permits Oregon Medical Board to issue limited license to practice medicine to physician licensed in another state or country who holds full-time professor appointment at school of medicine in this state. Permits board to issue up to eight limited licenses in four-year period. Becomes operative January 1, 2016. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
