Summary
This Act tells the DSL to study how to determine that a waterway is navigable. (Flesch Readability Score: 61.8). Requires the Department of State Lands to study determinations of navigability on Oregon waterways. Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to natural resources not later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
