AN ACT

Making an appropriation to the Burn Foundation, Philadelphia,

2

for outpatient and inpatient treatment.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

4

hereby enacts as follows:

5

Section 1.  The sum of $186,000 is hereby appropriated to the

6

Burn Foundation, Philadelphia, for the fiscal year July 1, 2009,

7

to June 30, 2010, for outpatient and inpatient treatment.

8

Payment of this appropriation shall be made by the Secretary of

9

Health in equal quarterly payments.

10

Section 2.  The Burn Foundation, Philadelphia, shall provide

11

full, complete and accurate information as may be required by

12

the Department of Health or the chairman or the minority

13

chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate or the

14

chairman or the minority chairman of the Appropriations

15

Committee of the House of Representatives.

16

Section 3.  This act shall take effect immediately.
