AN ACT
Amending Title 66 (Public Utilities) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, requiring disclosure relating to
certain steel products.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 3301 of Title 66 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
§ 3301. Civil penalties for violations.

(c.1) Disclosure relating to steel products.--The commission
shall draft and implement a statement of policy providing for
the disclosure of the country of origin and manufacture of steel
products used in the construction of pipelines and pipeline
facilities subject to the commission's pipeline safety
jurisdiction.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
