Provides that DOT, in conjunction with the RI turnpike and bridge authority, erect a safety barrier or safety netting on the Mount Hope Bridge, the Claiborne Pell Bridge, Verrazzano Bridge. Safety barrier or netting to be erected on or before 1/1/2023.
