Summary

FOOD AND DRUGS -- UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT -- OFFENSES AND PENALTIES - Provides that enhanced penalties for possession of fentanyl shall only be applicable if the substance contains \ at least ten percent (10%) of fentanyl or its analogs.
