CRIMINAL PROCEDURE -- IDENTIFICATION AND APPREHENSION OF CRIMINALS - Prohibits any employer from denying any person employment based on a prior criminal conviction and prohibits state from disqualifying any person from any occupation for which a license is required based on a prior conviction.
