COURTS AND CIVIL PROCEDURE -- PROCEDURE IN PARTICULAR ACTIONS -- DEATH BY WRONGFUL ACT - Expands the statute of limitations with respect to any wrongful act resulting in the death of a child in utero or within six (6) months after the birth of the child, to ten (10) years after the death of the child.
