Summary
Repeal The Current § 11-52-4.2 (“Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment Prohibited”) and create § 11-52-4.4 (“Cyberstalking and Harassment Prohibited”) to prohibit an intentional act or acts that serve no legitimate purpose.
