MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- REGISTRATION FEES - Allows veterans with "Disabled Veterans" license plates to all the rights and privileges to persons possessing a disability parking permit. There would be no requirement of a parking privilege placard to be displayed in the vehicle.
