MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- MOTOR VEHICLE OFFENSES - Requires that any person convicted of a charge of DUI or refusal, have an ignition interlock before being eligible for license reinstatement. Also permits a first-time offender to have charges dismissed.
