LABOR AND LABOR RELATIONS -- OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING REFORM ACT - Authorizes any and all state licensing authorities to issue licenses to individuals moving into this state with a minimum of three (3) years of practice, in good standing in any other state jurisdiction.
