OR SAFEGUARDING), REPAIR, REHABILITATION AND CONSOLIDATION OF SCHOOL CLASSROOM AND STORAGE BUILDINGS, INCLUDING HALLIWELL MEMORIAL SCHOOL, NORTH SMITHFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, NORTH SMITHFIELD MIDDLE SCHOOL, NORTH SMITHFIELD HIGH SCHOOL AND THE ANDREWS SCHOOL, IN ACCORDANCE WITH A PLAN ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL BY THE ISSUANCE OF NOT MORE THAN $4,300,000 OF BONDS AND/OR NOTES THEREFOR (Authorizes the town of North Smithfield to issue 4.3 million dollars in general obligation bonds for school buildings.
