Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 59-25-60 So As To Provide Public School Classroom Teachers Are Entitled To Thirty-minute Lunch Periods Free From All Duties And Responsibilities Connected With The Instruction And Supervision Of Students, And To Provide Requirements For School Districts When Implementing The Provisions Of This Act.
