Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 16-23-500, Relating To The Unlawful Possession Of A Firearm By A Person Convicted Of Violent Crime, So As To Expand The Parameters Of The Offense To Include Persons Convicted Of A Crime Punishable By Imprisonment Of Five Years Or More And To Provide Increased, Graduated Penalties For Violations.
