Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 59-29-65 So As To Require The Development And Implementation Of One Unit Of Instruction In Harbor Pilotage That Must Be Offered In Middle Schools And High Schools, And To Provide This Instruction Must Be Offered Beginning With The 2022-2023 School Year.
