Provide That A Special Purpose District That Provides Water May Request Approval From The Public Service Commission To Enlarge Its Boundaries, Provided That The Enlargement Of Its Service Area Does Not Infringe On Water Service Already Provided By A Political Subdivision Within That Service Area; And To Define Certain Terms.
