Summary
Revise The Requirement That The Term Include One Hundred And Eighty Instructional Days; To Provide An Alternative Based On Equivalent Instructional Hours, To Make Conforming Changes, And To Give Local School Boards Discretion In Structuring Their Academic Calendar; And To Provide That Nothing In This Act May Affect The Prosecution Of Violations Of Compulsory School Attendance Requirements.
