Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 16-17-780 So As To Prohibit The Operation Of Vehicles On The Beaches Of This State, With Exceptions, And To Create Criminal Penalties; And By Adding Section 48-39-370 So As To Restrict The Use Of Vehicles By Authorized Governmental Employees During Certain Months Of The Year.
