Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 23-1-235 So As To Provide Law Enforcement Agencies Shall Not Purchase Cell-site Simulator Technology Or Devices, To Provide Law Enforcement Agencies That Currently Possess Or Use Cell-site Simulator Technology Shall Discontinue Their Use And Discard The Technology Or Devices, And To Define The Term "cell-site Simulator Technology."
