Amend Section 59-104-20, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Palmetto Fellows Scholarship Program, So As To Provide That Beginning In School Year 2021-2022, A Student Shall Receive The Scholarship Based On Credit Hours Attempted; And To Amend Section 59-149-10, Relating To The Life Scholarship, So As To Provide That Beginning In School Year 2021-2022, A Student Shall Receive The Scholarship Based On Credit Hours Attempted.
