Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 23-1-235 So As To Provide That A Law Enforcement Agency Shall Not Purchase Cell-site Simulator Technology From A Company That Requires The Purchaser Of This Equipment To Enter Into A Nondisclosure Agreement And To Define The Term "cell-site Simulator Technology".
