Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 50-9-30, Relating To Hunting And Fishing License Residency Requirements, So As To Allow For An Adopted Child To Be Eligible For A Lifetime Recreational License; And By Amending Section 50-9-520, Relating To Lifetime Statewide Combination Licenses; So As To Provide An Adopted Child May Obtain A Combination License At No Cost.
