Summary

Amend Section 59-63-30, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Provision Allowing Children To Qualify To Attend School In A Public School District In Which They Own Property With An Assessed Value Of Three Hundred Dollars Or More, So As To Provide That Effective Beginning With The 2019-2020 School Year, A Student May Not So Qualify Unless He Attended School In That District By Qualifying Under These Provisions During The 2018-2019 School Year.
