Amend Section 23-3-430, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Sex Offender Registry, So As To Provide The Conditions That Exempt A Person Who Is Convicted Of, Pled Guilty Or Nolo Contendere To, Or Has Been Adjudicated Delinquent Of Criminal Sexual Conduct With Minors, Third Degree, From Being Referred To As A Sex Offender.
