Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-1-315 So As To Provide Each Public Elementary, Middle, Or Secondary School In This State Shall Display In A Conspicuous Place In Each Classroom Of The School A Poster Or Framed Copy Of The Ten Commandments That Meets Certain Specified Requirements, And To Provide For The Acquisition Of Such Posters And Donations Of Surplus Posters.
