Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 23-1-250 So As To Create A "police Brutality Citizens Review Committee" In Every County To Investigate Instances Of Alleged Police Brutality And Publish A Report, To Designate The Evidence Available For The Committee's Review, To Provide For The Composition Of The Committee, And To Provide For The Filling Of Vacancies On The Committee.
