Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-63-77 So As To Require A Student Who Participates On A School-sponsored Athletic Team To Be Administered An Electrocardiogram Test During The Student's Preparticipation Physical And To Require The Doctor Who Administers The Test To Clear The Student For Participation On The Team Before He Is Eligible To Participate; And To Provide Necessary Definitions.
