Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 56-5-3910 So As To Provide That During A Motor Vehicle Traffic Stop, The Driver And Passengers In A Motor Vehicle Must Disclose To The Law Enforcement Officer The Existence Of All Firearms Located In The Motor Vehicle.
