Provide That The Department Of Motor Vehicles Shall Implement A Procedure To Allow It To Collect Motor Vehicle Property Taxes Owed To Local Governments When A Person Registers A Vehicle, To Provide That The Department Shall Remit The Funds Collected To The Appropriate Governmental Entities, And To Provide That The Department May Collect A Fee For Providing This Service.
