Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 12-37-250, Relating To The Homestead Exemption For The Elderly And Disabled, So As To Require That A Person Be A Resident Of The State For At Least Five Years, Instead Of One Year, To Obtain The Exemption.
