Summary
Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 15-39-160 So As To Provide That If The State Is Under A State Of Emergency, Then No Judicial Proceeding Or Judicial Sale May Be Held To Foreclose On Real Property; And By Adding Section 12-51-180 So As To Provide That If The State Is Under A State Of Emergency, Then No County Treasurer May Foreclose On Real Property.
