Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-17-165 So As To Provide The Governing Body Of Each School District Of This State Shall Create A Student Bullying Advisory Council To Be Comprised Of Students, Parents, And Teachers Selected By The Governing Body To Advise It On Matters Relating To Student-on-student Bullying Problems And Other Matters That The Governing Body Considers Appropriate.
