Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, To Enact The "safe Water Act" By Adding Section 44-55-125 So As To Require A Private Or Public Utility Or Municipality Operating A Public Water System To Provide The Water Purification Levels For The Water Provided By The Utility Or Municipality And The Minimum Water Quality Standards Required By State Law.
