A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 8-15-65, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ANNUAL STATE SALARY SUPPLEMENTS FOR COUNTY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES WHEN THE OFFICE BUDGETS FOR THESE OFFICIALS MAY BE REDUCED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE COUNTY WITHOUT RESULTING IN A REDUCTION IN FUNDS DISTRIBUTED TO THE COUNTY PURSUANT TO THE STATE AID TO SUBDIVISIONS ACT.
