A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-53-1990 SO AS TO REQUIRE EVERY PUBLIC MIDDLE SCHOOL AND PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL OF THIS STATE EACH TO OFFER AT LEAST FIVE CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY COURSES TO THEIR RESPECTIVE STUDENTS FOR ELECTIVE CREDIT.
