Summary

Amend Rule 10 Of The Rules Of The House Of Representatives By Adding Rule 10.14 So As To Prohibit The Delivery Of Gifts Provided By Lobbyists' Principals To Members' Offices Or The Chamber Of The House Of Representatives For Distribution Or Placement On The Members' Desks, To Allow An Opt-in Procedure For Members, And To Provide That The Clerk Of The House Strictly Shall Enforce This Rule.
