Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 24-21-925 So As To Provide That A Limited Pardon May Be Granted To A Person Who Has Been Convicted Of A Felony Offense, That Is Not Considered A "crime Of Violence", That Would Allow Him To Possess A Firearm For The Purpose Of Hunting Only, And To Provide An Application Fee.
