A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 53-5-40 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT VETERAN'S DAY MUST BE RECOGNIZED AS A HOLIDAY FOR ALL LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND PUBLIC COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES OF THE STATE.
