Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 51-13-725, Relating To The Mayor Of Mount Pleasant Serving As An Ex Officio Member Of The Patriots Point Development Authority, So As To Authorize The Mayor To Appoint A Designee To Serve On The Authority At The Pleasure Of The Mayor And For A Term That Is Coterminous With That Of The Appointing Mayor.
