Provide That During The 2018-2019 School Year, Local School Districts May Waive Makeup Days In Addition To The Three Days Forgiven Pursuant To Section 59-1-425 By The Local School District For Any Days Missed During The 2018-2019 School Year Because Of Snow, Extreme Weather Conditions, Or Other Disruptions Requiring Schools To Close; And To Provide The Provisions Of This Joint Resolution Apply Notwithstanding The Provisions Of Section 59-1-425 Or Another Provision Of Law That Requires School Districts To Request A Waiver From The State Board Of Education. - Ratified Title
