Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Chapter 43 To Title 33 So As To Enact The "uniform Limited Liability Company Act Of 2021", To Provide For The Manner In And Requirements Under Which Limited Liability Companies Are Organized, Operated, Regulated, Dissolved, Transferred, And Converted; And To Repeal Chapter 44 Of Title 33 Relating To The "uniform Limited Liability Company Act Of 1996".
