Summary
Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 10-1-220 So As To Direct The Department Of Administration To Offer Any Twice Acquitted President Of The United States Burial On The State House Grounds, And Upon Acceptance, To Identify A Location On The State House Grounds To Bury The President And To Erect A Tombstone And Grave Marker.
