Require Mediation As A Means Of Resolving Certain Family Court Matters, Consistent With Title 20, Title 63, And Chapter 48, Title 15; To Provide Certain Requirements To Serve As A Mediator; To Provide Rules For Conducting Mediation Conferences; To Assure Access To The Family Courts Of This State Upon Compliance With Mediation Requirements; And To Provide For Mediator Fees And Expenses And The Assessment Of Certain Penalties.
