Summary
Amend Section 23-23-20, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Duties And Responsibilities Of The Criminal Justice Academy, So As To Provide That Its Director Must Determine The Location Where Basic And Advance Training Is Provided And Select Aptitude Tests To Be Taken By Officers As A Prerequisite To Enrolling In An Academy Training Course, And To Provide No Test Shall Be Discriminatory Against A Person By Virtue Of His Race, Creed, Color, Or National Origin.
