A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 19-1-75 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A CRIMINAL CONVICTION OF A TRANSPORTATION EMPLOYEE OR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR IS NOT ADMISSIBLE IN A CIVIL ACTION AGAINST A TRANSPORTATION COMPANY UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, TO DEFINE THE TERMS "MINOR TRAFFIC VIOLATION" AND "TRANSPORTATION COMPANY", AND TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONS.
