A BILL TO AMEND SECTIONS 57-1-325 AND 57-1-330, BOTH AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ELECTION AND TERMS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION COMMISSIONERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A COMMISSIONER MAY BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE BY A TWO-THIRDS VOTE OF THE LEGISLATORS WHO RESIDE IN THE CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT FROM WHICH A COMMISSIONER IS ELECTED.
